Once you place an order, our quartermasters require 1-2 business days to prepare it for deployment. You will receive a confirmation email with order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock issues or pricing errors.

Payment Methods

Shipping and Delivery

We deploy orders to most regions, excluding Asia and remote areas due to logistical constraints. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Deployment: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Reconnaissance: Free for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address; if packages are lost due to errors, we may not offer refunds.

4. Return and Exchange Operations

We strive for your satisfaction, but if reinforcements aren’t right, follow our return protocol:

  • Returned items must be in original condition: unassembled, in packaging, with manuals, and no signs of use.
  • Restricted Units: Non-returnable items include opened Dungeons and Dragons figures, books, decks, gaming supplies, and D10 sets, as well as any items showing assembly or painting.

For exchanges due to defects or wrong items, specify your replacement in the request. Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive returns, depending on the payment method. Note that return shipping costs are not covered for “change of mind” returns.
