Attention, Commander! Just like in tabletop warfare, sometimes units need to be redeployed. Our return and exchange protocol ensures your campaign continues smoothly when reinforcements aren’t quite right.

📋 Mission Parameters

You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate return operations for most items. All returned units must be in original deployment condition:

  • ✅ Original packaging intact
  • ✅ All components present and unassembled
  • ✅ Instruction manuals included
  • ✅ No signs of battlefield damage or customization

🚫 Restricted Units (Non-Returnable)

Based on our reconnaissance of your collection, the following cannot be returned:

  • Dungeons and Dragons Premium Figures – Once removed from packaging, considered deployed
  • Books and Decks – Opened rulebooks and card decks
  • Gaming Supplies – Opened paint sets and used tools
  • D10 Sets – Opened dice packages
  • All items showing signs of assembly, painting, or gameplay use

Phase 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions and return coordinates
  • Any special instructions for your specific situation

Phase 3: Deploy Return Package

Pack items securely using original packaging when possible. Include:

  • Printed return authorization form
  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • All items in original condition

Refund Amounts:

  • Full refund for defective/wrong items (including original shipping)
  • Item cost only for change of mind returns
  • Return shipping not covered for change of mind returns
