What tabletop games and miniatures do you sell?

We specialize in a wide range of tabletop wargaming systems including Malifaux, Marvel Crisis Protocol, Warmachine/Hordes, Dungeons & Dragons Premium Figures, Fallout: Wasteland Warfare, and many more. Our collections span major factions like Cygnar, Cryx, Khador, Circle Orboros, Legion of Everblight, and newer additions like Explorer’s Society.

Are your miniatures pre-assembled or do they require assembly?

Most of our miniatures come unassembled and unpainted, allowing you the full hobby experience of building and customizing your forces. Some premium figures and special editions may vary – check individual product descriptions for specific details.

Do you carry gaming supplies and accessories?

Absolutely! We offer a selection of gaming supplies including dice sets (D10 sets and others), rulebooks, decks, bases, and other essential accessories to support your tabletop campaigns.

Where do you ship and are there any restrictions?

We ship worldwide with two exceptions: we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to carrier restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide two main shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – perfect for tournament players needing quick restocks (10-15 days after shipping)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – ideal for large army purchases (15-25 days after shipping)

How long does order processing take?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Our team carefully picks, packs, and prepares your miniatures and gaming supplies before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

I’m preparing for a tournament – when should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance using Standard Shipping to ensure your new units arrive battle-ready with time to spare for assembly and painting!

What is your return policy?

We offer a no-hassle 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging with all components intact.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Do you charge customs or import fees?

Your order’s price includes all our fees, but international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
